Refund policy

30-DAY "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" RETURN POLICY

If you ordered our product and do not want it for any reason, you may return it to us within the first 30 days from when the product reaches your shipping address. Here's what you need to do:

1. Within the 30-day timeframe, you MUST notify our team by email at dontwalk@loadedboards.com stating your decision to return the product.

2. You MUST send the unused product back to us within 30 days of informing us that you want a refund.

3. For standard returns, you assume responsibility for return shipping costs.

4. For international orders, outbound export shipping costs are non-refundable. Destination country duties and taxes are non-refundable but may be reclaimable from your local customs authority.

5. Product should return to our offices in as-new, unused condition, in its original packaging.

6. We will provide you with the refund as soon as we confirm the product has reached our office and is in as-new condition.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be neither refunded nor returned to the customer at Orangatang Wheels’ expense. Product can be returned to the customer upon request at customer’s expense.
